We have just completed the 3rd Series of the Corix Partners Cyber Security Transformation Podcast.

Over the past 24 weeks, we have revisited and updated two series of articles that we published between 2015 and 2018, looking at the evolution of the cyber security industry over the period and the impact the Covid pandemic might have had on cyber security practices.

First, we looked back at our 2015 “CIO Guide to a Successful Information Security Practice”, which was our starting point and first attempt to frame our ideas around the topic.

Then we moved onto our 2017–2018 Series — “The First 100 Days of the New CISO”, which we have complemented by further analysis around the profile of the role, the function of the Board, and why it is essential to think in terms of process and operating model, first and foremost.
