Corix Partners is active at a number of levels in the wider cyber security community in the UK and abroad. This is a summary of the activities which we have undertaken during Q2 2020.
As the COVID-19 agenda dominated the quarter, we have continued to help our clients, associates and partners to adjust to the new realities of remote working and confinement, and what they imply in terms of cyber security in the face of ever growing threats and scams.
We have spoken at a number of webinars across the quarter, in particular with the CIO Water Cooler community in the UK on 15th April 2020 and Strata Security on 11 June 2020, with the Telecom Paris Alumni Association in France on 5th and 30th April 2020 and with Kuppinger Cole in Germany on 2nd June 2020, pushing the security and safety message to help all of us go through these difficult times.
We also analysed the implications of COVID-19 and remote working for small and mid-size businesses and summarised our findings in a white paper “COVID-19, Remote Working and Cyber Attacks” which was released on 6th April 2020 and can be downloaded here.
